MIM3 is a Geneva-based real estate and financial engineering company, active since 2008.
We operate at the intersection of real estate and financial engineering, where creative strategies, international structuring and corporate finance meet innovation.
We originate, develop, structure and trade real estate assets, applying financial discipline built over decades in international banking. Our focus spans Benelux, broader European markets and Switzerland.
Our proprietary Modular Finance methodology, developed by Patrick Le Juste in 2009, represents a genuine structural innovation in private markets structuring. It applies optional structures to the financing and structuring.
